Why coaching makes a difference
A fitting appointment is packed with information, and research shows patients forget a large share of what they hear at medical appointments.
Many people who own hearing aids end up not wearing them regularly, often because of early confusion or discomfort. A little extra guidance at the start can make all the difference.
How It Works

We go through daily use, cleaning and maintenance, batteries or charging, phone and app connections, and your questions, at your pace.
